Ray's is the quintessential NYC institution open 24/7 serving New York's best Egg Creams, Fried Oreos, Shakes, Ice Cream, Beignets and other treats since 1974.

87 yr old Ray Alvarez, an Iranian sailor who (literally) jumped ship, came to NYC in 1964, washed dishes for 10 years then opened the Candy Store, still runs the shop daily along with Stella and crew.
