Shipping / Exchanges


Pre-Sales

Most items are Pre-Sales to keep costs low and proceeds high for each business. If an item is still within the pre-sale period, there is an estimated ship date listed in each description. If there is no date listed, the item is in stock. Please note estimates are not guarantees and may change during the course of production. Dates in each description are updated accordingly.

Shipping Methods
Most in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. However, during peak periods processing times may exceed 3 business days. All orders ship complete once pre-sale items are in stock. If you would like your items shipped separately (ex: a pre-sale item and an in-stock item) please email support@neighborhood-spot.com for help.

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS and usually arrive 1-5 business days after your package has shipped.
International orders ship via UPS and usually arrive 5-12 business days after your package has shipped.

Neighborhood Spot is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

Tracking Issues
Please note, if your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything yet, please allow 36 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has not been located after the above time period, please reach out to us for assistance with your order number at support@neighborhood-spot.com

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final as we delegate proceeds to each business or organization. However we do accept exchanges on any unworn items for in stock items within 30 days of receipt. Please email support@neighborhood-spot.com for help.
